The weather was good today! Had a nice day with friends out in town.
Personal: I start to don't trust you anymore, why would you wanna lie when i see the truth? I lost all the faith i give in you.
PS. Leave me alone, or else, i will hide away! 这时候的我。。很乱。。因为我再也看不透你的心了。我觉得你很可怕。
National day when pretty well for me, photos soon!
Suppose to visit friends, but i'm too tired to do so. :D Goodnight people!

Thankyou All!
Alot of people have been noticing me,
When i exposed the news that i am going to quit school.
Also, Alot of people have been suggesting me,
To go back to school for a course that i like.
Hotel/Hospitality Tourism. - A course that i have the eagerness!
But this is in the past,
Now, My direction is lost. But also, I see chances in other ways,
At work, I tired to attend as many hours as I can.
At play, I play even harded than anyone else.
At family, I did my part giving the very best as a daughter/sister.
At learning, I'm continuing to learn, But, in another way.
I never regret quitting school, But, I walk a tough route!
- This is what i tell myself everyday!
But, I will prove people wrong,
That i can gain success even without a professional cert!

A time for improvement

Although i choose to leave the school,
But i didn't regret making this choice,
I'm still learning and still, learning.
It is just that, I learn in a different way.
Thankyou for all the friends that i've gone through the presentation,
I hope i will make a difference in your life.
In a better way to lead,
I'm truly satisfied with what i'm doing now.
For those friends i haven't share with,
In the future to come, I hope you'll love my presentation.
Yesterday, I went down to Holiday Inn Hotel,
There was a presentation made by sky&team,
Thankyou for the well made presentation,
Again, I learn new things along my life path.

Sometimes..
Life isn't as easy as i think.
Especially after i return to school after my O's.
Last year around April, I started schooling there, Meet up with people from different parts of Singapore.
Also, from April, I started with Exams after Exams. I'm tired now!
Even my family, cousins, aunts, etc keep on asking me,
" Why are you so busy with Exams? "
Is like, Disappointment after disappointment. I'm tired.
No matter in the results or No matter in improvements.
This few weeks, I've been thinking alot,
Of cause, preparing for my coming papers,
I feel so tired, preparing for papers after papers.
I ask myself million times,
" What is wrong with myself? What am i doing? Is those i'm doing correct? What's wrong with my studying strategy? "
I tried so hard, Even that i didn't dare to work as a part timer,
As i am worried that i might just doze of on bed after work,
And sooner, lost interest in sudy.
This is one of the reason why i am still a student. But not, Working.
I tired to focus, focus & still, Focus! But, after studying for 1 year,
I only produce 4 modules passed,
And now, Just started remoduling. And there is alot more to go!
I talk to, consulted some friends recently,
Some in the working society, some studying, some slackers. Talking about my case, Should i preserve?
There are many answer i heard.
Is it worth? Not thinking about the love my family and friends is giving me, But, On the other part, Sometimes, I feel that god is making fun of me or so?
I feel like giving up. So feel like!
On the other hand, i thought of my Mum,
Who is unconditionally giving me the moral, monetary, and all the way support.
If change is what i need,
" Where should i start from? "
& I ask myself, Is that piece of diploma worth for all my scarify?

Reminisces
I start to be very vex over my timetable,
With such timing,
Whereby lectures only begin at 330,
Whereby lectures only ends at 660pm,
My whole day time is gone.
Like, Things can only be done in the night.
This morning, a long lost friend approched me.
& I feel that it is so nice,
To bring back those olden days in our chats in Msn.
I somehow think that it can be so ' old school '
& i truly misses ' old school '

Very Happy to say, We've made it!
This is the 2nd time me and mummy tried out enzymes.

Enzymes fall into one of three major classifications. The largest is the metabolic enzymes which play a role in all bodily processes including breathing, talking, moving, thinking, behavior and maintenance of the immune system. A subset of these metabolic enzymes acts to neutralize poisons and carcinogens such as pollutants, DDT and tobacco smoke, changing them into less toxic forms that the body can eliminate. The second category is the digestive enzymes, of which there are about 22 in number. Most of these are manufactured by the pancreas. They are secreted by glands in the duodenum (a valve that separates the stomach from the small intestine) and work to break down the bulk of partially digested food leaving the stomach.
The enzymes we need to consider when planning our diets are the third category, the food enzymes. These are present in raw foods and they initiate the process of digestion in the mouth and upper stomach. Food enzymes include proteases for digesting protein, lipases for digesting fats and amylases for digesting carbohydrates. Amylases in saliva contribute to the digestion of carbohydrates while they are being chewed, and all enzymes found in food continue this process while it rests in the upper or cardiac portion of the stomach. The upper stomach secretes no digestive juices whatsoever, but acts much like the crop of a bird or the first stomach of ruminant animals. It can be described as a holding tank where the enzymes present in raw foods do their work on what we have eaten before this more or less partially digested mass passes on to the lower stomach, about 30 minutes after food is ingested. Hydrochloric acid secretion occurs only in the lower stomach and is stimulated by the passage of food from the upper to lower stomach. (This hydrochloric acid does not digest meat, as is commonly believed, but activates the enzyme pepsinogen to its active form pepsin that digests protein.)
Enzyme research has revealed the importance of raw foods in the diet. The enzymes in raw food help start the process of digestion and reduce the body’s need to produce digestive enzymes. All enzymes are deactivated at a wet-heat temperature of 118 degrees Fahrenheit, and a dry-heat temperature of about 150 degrees. It is one of those happy designs of nature that foods and liquid at 117 degrees can be touched without pain, but liquids over 118 degrees will burn. Thus we have a built-in mechanism for determining whether or not the food we are eating still contains its enzyme content.
A diet composed exclusively of cooked food puts a severe strain on the pancreas, drawing down its reserves, so to speak. If the pancreas is constantly overstimulated to produce the enzymes that ought to be in foods, the result over time will be inhibited function. Humans eating an enzyme-poor diet, comprised primarily of cooked food, use up a tremendous amount of their enzyme potential in the outpouring of secretions from the pancreas and other digestive organs. The result, according to the late Dr. Edward Howell, a noted pioneer in the field of enzyme research, is a shortened life-span, illness, and lowered resistance to stress of all types. He points out that humans and animals on a diet comprised largely of cooked food have enlarged pancreas organs while other glands and organs, notably the brain, actually shrink in size. His research also uncovered the fact that the body recycles enzymes by absorbing them through the intestine and colon and transporting them in the blood back to the upper intestine to be used again. The body is thus designed to conserve its precious enzyme stores.
What is enzymes? How will it help? Have you wonder?

I'm seriously considering!
Should i bling my LG KU990?
I'm worried, will it becomes too fancy for me?
Will it drops off if i made any careless in the workmanship?
Should i bling my phone,
Tell me my dear readers?
In love with those BlingsBlings,
But they are much for consideration.
